Elainer Kerstin is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and undertakes a minimum of thirty hours continued professional development each year.
Elainer holds full professional indemnity insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate which is updated on a yearly basis.
Confidentiality and Integrity is of the utmost importance to Elainer, she adheres to the ethics and framework of the BACP at all times and complies with current General Data Protection Regulations.
