These so called “analytics” programs also tell us if, on an anonymous basis, how people reached this site (e.g. from a search engine) and whether they have been here before helping us to put more money into developing our services for you instead of marketing spend.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Elainer Kerstin is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and undertakes a minimum of thirty hours continued professional development each year.

Elainer holds full professional indemnity insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate which is updated on a yearly basis.

Confidentiality and Integrity is of the utmost importance to Elainer, she adheres to the ethics and framework of the BACP at all times and complies with current General Data Protection Regulations.
